Nichelle A. Mullins is the Founder and Principal of The Oracle Firm, LLC. Attorney Mullins served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Charter Oak Health Center, Inc. from 2015 to 2023. Prior to accepting the role as the President and CEO, Ms. Mullins served in the capacity of Chief of Compliance and Legal Affairs for the health center where she oversaw all regulatory and licensing issues, the health center’s compliance program, and all legal matters pertaining to the center.
